(1) In accordance with this Act, consumers who wish to receive sewerage services must submit an application to the organization that has received the license of the relevant service area as prescribed.
(2) Upon receipt of the application as per sub-section (1), the organization that has received the permit shall make arrangements for sewage disposal within the prescribed period of time by taking the prescribed fee for sewage disposal.
